RETURN POLICY
We hope that you love everything you buy, but understand that returns may happen.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. (*see party favor exception)

All returns require a receipt or the credit card that you made the purchase with.

Products may be returned only within 30 days of purchase. (**see holiday purchases exception)

Returns must be unused, unaltered, free of damages and in the original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
*Party Favors and custom orders:
Given the nature of party favors and other custom orders, we do not offer a refund or credit on purchases. Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied though and we will work with you to make it right!
**Holiday Purchases:
All purchases made prior to December 25th must be returned prior to January 15th of the following year.
